Online Personal Training
With the current situation regarding self-isolation, I am providing personal training sessions online via video.
How do these sessions differ from in-person PT?
Apart from the online part – they don’t! I cover all the same techniques that I would do if we met in person.
Do I need anything special to make it work?
Not really, no. Connecting is easy and done with a free app, all you need is your phone, tablet or a computer/laptop with a webcam. Just be sure to pick a space with plenty of room, and let others know so you won’t be interrupted.


Online Boot Camps
If you’d rather join in with a group of people, I’m also running online boot camps three times a week. At just £5 per session, they’re a great way to stay active during these challenging weeks.
We cover Group HIIT, Strength and Cardio training, and sessions are suitable for all ages!
When are the boot camps running?
They run each week at the following times:
- Tuesdays – 5pm
- Thursdays – 8am
- Saturdays – 8am
Do I need anything special to make it work?
As with PT session – connecting is easy through your phone, tablet or a computer/laptop with a webcam. Everyone in the bootcamp can see everyone else, just like we would in real-world setting.
